What is Bazaar?
Bazaar is a free classifieds site for Afghanistan. You can post an ad for anything you want to sell or any service you offer, and buyers contact you directly.
Is posting an ad free?
Yes. Posting is completely free, and there is no limit on how many people can see your ad.
How do I post an ad?
Log in with your mobile number, tap “Post an ad”, choose a category, add photos, a price and your city, then submit.
Why is my ad not showing yet?
Every ad is checked by a moderator before it appears. This usually takes a few hours and protects buyers from fraud.
How long does an ad stay active?
Thirty days. After that it expires, and you can renew it with one tap from the ad page.
How do buyers contact me?
By phone call, WhatsApp, or the messages inside the site. You choose which number to show on the ad.
The login code did not arrive. What now?
Wait a minute, then use the resend button under the code box. If we sent it to WhatsApp, look in WhatsApp on the phone that uses this number; if you do not use WhatsApp, choose “Send by SMS” when it is offered. Also check that the number is correct and that your phone has signal.
Can I price an ad in dollars?
Yes. Choose AFN or USD next to the price — cars and property are often priced in dollars.
How do I edit or delete my ad?
Open the ad while logged in. The bar at the top has Edit, Renew and Delete.
How do I avoid being scammed?
Meet in a public place, check the item before paying, and never send money in advance. The safety page has the full list of warning signs.
Which provinces does Bazaar cover?
All 34 provinces — Kabul, Herat, Balkh, Kandahar, Nangarhar and everywhere else.
